There is snow on the hills and the sky has an ominous hue foreboding more of the same. A pot of mystery soup (last week's vegetables, with a can of organic tomatoes and kidney beans) cooks on the stove.

Well, I laughed.
Me, too.
That is funny. And odd. Do you get served by men in very tight speedos? It does raise expectations somewhat.
They were shut on the weekend when I took the shot and I seriously doubted the place was a going concern, tucked away in a quite corner of the CBD. Come monday morning the place was hopping, though with snow on the mountains sadly there was not a bathing suit in sight.
We stayed near Budgie Smugglers when in Hobart in April and it gave me a chuckle every time we walked past :) I was thinking of Hobart last night as we ate a less-than-inspiring fried scallop from the local fish and chippery, and I came to thinking about the wonder of Flippers' 'bag of treats' at Constitution Dock...
