Y'know, you'd be wrong :-) Diff towns have their specialities. Penang and Ipoh might be the champs. Johor is pretty good too, cos of the proximity to Singapore, ie they cater for the M'sian expats in S'pore who cant stand the awful S'porean food :-)
But that's just my opinion.
